Understanding how individuals embody and demonstrate leadership qualities in different contexts is a very interesting topic. In this regard, this study aims to explore Katniss Everdeen's leadership as reflected in Suzanne Collins' novel, The Hunger Games, by using a psychoanalytic approach and integrating Bill George's leadership theory. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method where the data is taken from the first printing of The Hunger Games novel . The results show that Katniss embodies key leadership qualities, including vision, integrity, resilience, empathy, and courage. She demonstrated a powerful vision by challenging oppressive regimes and fighting for justice. Her integrity shines through through his unwavering commitment to his beliefs and values. Katniss' resilience allows her to overcome many challenges, while her empathy allows her to connect with the experiences of others. Plus, her courage empowered her to face her fears and make tough decisions for the greater good. Overall, psychological analysis can provide valuable insights into leadership by understanding the individual characteristics associated with the leader's role.
