Moon Hidayati Otoluwa, M.A, co-promotor II: Dr. Rahman Taufiqrianto Dako, S.S., M.Hum., The objectives of this study were (1) to explore the lecturers’ perception in integrating ICC components in teaching English-Speaking Courses at Islamic Higher Education; (2) to explore the ICC components that lecturers used in teaching English-Speaking Courses at Islamic Higher Education; (3) to explore the factors support and hinder the lecturers in integrating ICC components in teaching English-Speaking Courses at Islamic Higher Education. This research was conducted at English Speaking classes Jurusan Tadris Bahasa Inggris, Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan, IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. There were two lecturers as the participants. This research used qualitative methods with case study design. Data collection techniques were interview, observation sheets, and documents, while data analysis was thematic analysis. The results showed that the lecturers’ perception in integrating ICC Components based on their teaching experience and academic training, multicultural society phenomena, and students' language proficiency and motivation. Conversational style, non-verbal expression, and intercultural interaction were ICC components that lecturers used in teaching English Speaking courses. The supported and the hindered factors were the set of curriculum, the lecturers’ teaching experience and human development, internet resources, and friend living abroad. This research implied to integrate ICC components in teaching English Speaking Courses, because this research provided new model of ICC components especially in teaching English Speaking Courses at Islamic Higher Education.
