Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian probiotik Minaraya dengan dosis berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup benih udang vaname (Litopenaeus vannamei). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Balai Perikanan Budidaya Laut dan Payau Lamu, selama 30 hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang diuji yaitu (Kontrol/ tanpa probiotik) perlakuan B (Probiotik 5 ml/kg pakan), C (Probiotik 10 ml/kg pakan), D (Probiotik 15 ml/kg pakan). Pakan yang diberikan 25?ri biomassa dengan frekuensi 4 kali sehari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pertumbuhan panjang mutlak tertinggi pada perlakuan D = 16.50 mm, C 15.98 mm, B = 14.21 mm, dan A = 13.14 mm. Pertumbuhan berat mutlak tertinggi pada perlakuan D = 0.090 gr, kemudian C = 0.083 gr, B = 0.060 gr dan A = 0.049 gr. Kelangsungan hidup tertinggi pada perlakuan C = 78.00%, D = 70.00%, B = 66.00?n A = 55.33%. Hasil Analisis ANOVA menunjukkan hasil berpengaruh nyata pada pertumbuhan panjang, berat, dan kelangsungan hidup benih udang vaname. This research aims to analyze the effect of adding Minaraya probiotics with different doses on the growth and survival of vannamei shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) seeds. The research was conducted at the Lamu Marine and Brackish Water Aquaculture Center for 30 days. This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 repetitions. The treatments tested were: A (Control/without probiotics), B (Probiotics 5 ml/kg feed), C (Probiotics 10 ml/kg feed), and D (Probiotics 15 ml/kg feed). The feed was added at 25% of the biomass with a frequency of 4 times daily. The results showed that the highest absolute length growth was observed in treatment D = 16.50 mm, followed by C = 15.98 mm, B= 14.21 mm, and A = 13.14 mm. The highest absolute weight growth was found in treatment D = 0.090 g, followed by C = 0.083g B = 0.060 g, and A = 0.049 g. The highest survival rate was observed in treatment C = 78.00% followed by D = 70.00%, B = 66.00% and A = 55.33% ANOVA analysis results indicated a significant effect on the length growth, weight growth, and survival rate of vannamei shrimp seeds.
